Prepaid shipping labels
Pick a package size when you list, then tap Get shipping label after it sells. Print it, drop it at USPS, done. Tracking updates on its own, and payouts start counting down the moment the carrier marks it delivered. You can still offer free shipping or ship on your own.
A fair refund fee
When a dispute is decided, whoever was in the wrong pays a $1.49 refund fee: the seller if it’s decided for the buyer, the buyer if it’s decided for the seller. Sellers who cancel an order after it sells pay a $2.99 cancellation fee. Packages lost in transit have no fee. Every decision is made by a real person and explained on the order.
Sellers now keep 100%
We removed the selling fee and card processing for sellers. You keep 100% of your price and shipping. Buyers now pay a Buyer Protection fee of 5% of the item price plus $0.70 per order, which holds their money until delivery and backs refunds. Lost or damaged packages are covered up to $100 per order for now, and we’ll raise that limit as we grow.
Clearer account standing
Every warning and strike now shows on your Account standing page with the rule, what happened, when it expires and how to appeal.
Verified sellers and seller analytics
Brands and established shops can now apply for a verified badge. During beta, every application is reviewed by hand. Sellers also get an Analytics page with sales, earnings and the days and times their buyers shop.
Checkout and payouts are live
Buy now, check out your whole bag, and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Sellers get paid after delivery on a clear schedule: 72 hours for new sellers, 48 hours standard and 24 hours for trusted sellers. Boosts are free to turn on and cost 10% only if the item sells.
